Do you build Yardi reporting and AI dashboards?

Yes. We build custom reporting inside Yardi (Yardi SQL Report, also called YSR) and Power BI dashboards on top of your Yardi data, so NOI, occupancy, AR, delinquency, and OpEx live in one place. We are an independent Yardi consultant focused on the reporting and AI layer that sits on top of Yardi.

Can AI help with property management reporting?

Yes, and we build it AI-native from day one. The right tool depends on the job: some reporting is SQL and BI, and some workflows are AI agents that read the data and trigger the next action. We pick the right tool for each job instead of forcing AI where it does not belong.

Do you work with Yardi data?

We work with both. Free SFTP and CSV exports from Yardi are about one day old, which is fine for most reporting. For live data we connect through the paid Data Connect API or agent-based access. We tell you honestly which approach each use case needs.
